We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• name
• contact information
• location
• employer name
• computer or network
• interactions with us
• billing or purchase information
• records of learning

We collect your personal information so that we can:

• deliver learning and development services to you
• provide reports to you and your employer about the learning and development you have completed

We will only use your personal information for the purposes stated above.

Providing some information is optional.

If you choose not to enter information, we may be unable to:

• provide our services to you accurately or on time
• provide accurate reporting data about the learning and development you have completed

We keep your information safe by storing it in secure files and only allowing authorised staff to access it. We keep your information for the duration of your employment at council.  Once this ends, we will destroy it by securely deleting it from our files after a period of three months.  We delay this process so that should you commence employment with another Co-Lab Learning council, your record of learning can be transferred to your new employer.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
